This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and the mentioned
author(s) of this Software for the software product(s) identified above, which includes Computer Software and PTE Shareware Media, Associated Photo Media, Printed Media, and 'Online' Electronic Documentation pertaining to all Leeds AV Group Productions.
By installing, copying, or otherwise using the "Software Product(s)", you agree to be bound by the terms of this "EULA".
If you do not agree to the terms of this "EULA" do not install nor use this Software.
1. SOFTWARE PRODUCT LICENSE
The "Software Product"
is protected by Copyright Laws and International Copyright Treaties,
as well as other intellectual and property laws.
This SOFTWARE PRODUCT IS LICENSED TO USE, it is NOT SOLD TO YOU.
2. GRANT OF LICENSE.
This "EULA" grants to you the following Sole Personal Rights:-
You may install and use one copy of this "Leeds AV Group”
production for sole personal and non-commercial usage on a personal
use solely. Media Copying, Extraction, or Distribution for any gain
or consideration is forbidden.
3. USAGE
Usage on PC's in a Business or Corporate or Educational or Military
or Government or Semi-State Computer installation is prohibited.
A LICENCE MUST BE PURCHASED if you are using this software in any Business,
or other Commercial, Educational, Military or Government or Semi-State
Organization including Universities, Technical Institutes, Hospitals,
Charities or Public Services.
